Accountant/ Accounts Executive

The Account Supervisor plays a pivotal role within the agency as the primary link between strategy and execution. The Account Supervisor must understand the client’s brand strategy and be able to activate the GSW team to deliver tactics flawlessly to fulfill that strategy. This role interacts closely with client team(s) and often acts as a “hub” for connecting to creative, strategy, digital, and agency operations teams. This position considers the account as a whole and uncovers opportunities for organic growth. You will:
- Orchestrate completion of the scope of services, overseeing work on all projects.
- Serve as a key source of information for the creative team and conduit to the brand team.
- Manage tactics; li>
- Manage budgets with the client, ensuring needs of the client and the overall designated scope are properly allocated and adjusted throughout the year.
- Ensure clear objectives are set for each project; help set client and team expectations on delivery; distribute the workload appropriately within client management.
- Build and foster relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Collaborate with brand, engagement, and digital teams.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
