About the Role As the face, character, and heart of our branches, you will help customers achieve their financial goals by providing excellent customer service, handling day‑to‑day transactions, and nurturing long‑standing relationships. Take a proactive approach to discovering customer needs and listening to understand what they are asking for. Process day‑to‑day transactions. Nurture rich, long‑standing relationships. Contribute to the branch’s targets by identifying and fulfilling simple sales opportunities. Act as a technology expert and introduce clients to our mobile banking applications.
