Order/receive necessary parts by filling out purchase order. Follow up with venders on back ordered items. Match packing slips to receiver to invoice. File all documentation to facilitate an efficient A/P process. Coordinate the transfer of parts with the other branches. Follow-up with parts and service bills and orders. Enter and complete all work orders pertaining to role. Provide quotes and estimates to customers. Enter maintenance schedules for all equipment. Maintain a system for tracking repairs and estimates. Work closely with shop to ensure repairs are completed in a timely manner. Coordinate parts pickups with drivers. Assist with ensuring new units are fleeted and ready for rent. Ensure all shop supplies are stocked. What You’ll Bring to the Team Qualifications and Requirements: Minimum of two years of experience in the customer service/retail/construction industry, preferably in the equipment rental industry. Self-starter, very customer service oriented and works well in a team environment. Flexibility; must be comfortable with managing and adapting to multiple changing priorities in a fast-paced work environment. Excellent problem-solving skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to converse with colleagues, customers, and other parties in a professional and courteous manner.
