The Engagement Manager will support the sale of IT Staffing and Consulting Services in their respective Region under the direction of the Director, Services Sales. The Engagement Manager will execute the regional growth-focused sales strategies while building strong customer relationships within both existing and new accounts. The Engagement Manager will have a solid understanding of the IT staffing industry and possess a desire to expand their career within the industry. Daily interaction with the recruitment team, resource managers, Enterprise Sales, and customers will drive success in this role.

Essential Functions:

  1. Negotiates new client contracts, renewals, extensions, and amendments.
  2. Identifies sales opportunities and consultatively sells solutions and/or services to new and existing clients.
  3. Regularly conducts site visits and sales meetings with clients.
  4. Participates in Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) program for customer base, reviewing, auditing delivery performance, and preparing presentations and documentation as needed.
  5. Stays abreast of leading industry trends and sales best practices.
  6. Builds and maintains subject matter expertise on industry trends, market activities, and competitor strategies.
  7. Establishes and maintains a network of industry contacts through participation in professional/trade associations and other professional networking organizations.
  8. Assists in the establishment of sales, pricing, and marketing strategies.
  9. Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.
  10. Forecasts and tracks performance against assigned regional services budgets.
  11. Partners with Enterprise Account Executives and Sales Management to achieve assigned regional services goals.

Minimum Requirements:

  1. Four years of college resulting in a bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  2. Experience selling IT staff augmentation services and negotiating rates with clients, preferably within an IT agency environment.
  3. Consistent record of meeting or exceeding Revenue, GP sales, and placement quotas.
  4. Strong English communication skills -- both written and spoken.
  5. Ability to focus on client needs with a commitment to quality and customer service.
  6. Ability to identify and resolve problems through recommending and implementing creative solutions.
  7. Ability to demonstrate business acumen and market insight.
  8. Knowledge of current sales trends, best practices, and methodologies within the staffing and workforce solutions industries.
  9. Proficient with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  10. Experience with applicant tracking systems.
  11. Ability to travel to client sites within your designated territory.

    The work is performed remotely or in an office environment.
