We put you first: Passion-life balance(remote work, flexible schedule) Flex and connected mode (telecommuting, flexible schedule) Profit sharing plan Telemedicine, group insurance, and pension plan with company contributions Employee assistance program (because we care about the physical and mental health of our people) Base Salary Range starting from $100k+ with commission & Profit Sharing At Cascades you candevelop your full potential, sustainably,by applying your expertise within the Tissue team as the Regional Sales Manager : ****Please note this is a remote position & must be based in Colorado, Utah or Arizona**** Manage multi-state sales territory in partnership with Leadership and other Key Sales Professionals Interact and build relationships with Cascades’ customers' local branch personnel, both leadership and field sales, to drive sales Partner closely with Sales Managers and local representatives to identify opportunities to grow the complete Cascades portfolio of products in our profile Lead and facilitate regular sales meetings/trainings within the territory, as needed Schedule end-user calls independently or in partnership with Customer DSRs Leverage knowledge within all verticals to include traditional distribution & wholesale Identify, secure, and grow regional and chain business to increase overall market share Attend regional trade shows/events, as needed In conjunction with Sales Directors: Identify account targets, maintain/grow margins, and manage contract deviations Build strong relationships with customer contacts to build relevance and make Cascades “front of mind” for category needs Bring out the best in yourself Every day, our colleagues choose to respect their true nature by contributing with passion to our mission.
