We believe in balance, supporting our team with the flexibility and resources they need to thrive both professionally and personally.Position Title: Regional Sales Manager (RSM)Position Type: Fully RemoteCompensation: Base salary plus sales incentive bonus (Compensation depends on skills, knowledge, education, and experience)Position Snapshot: The Regional Sales Manager drives sales growth by expanding new customer acquisitions and expanding existing OEM accounts within target markets and is responsible for leading and developing a high-performing sales team within Canada. This role combines coaching, field engagement, and performance management to support strategic initiatives and customer-centric selling. Key responsibilities include defining KPIs, supporting complex sales opportunities, and aligning regional strategies with Lenze’s market goals.ResponsibilitiesDrive new customer acquisition by identifying and engaging high-potential OEMs and strategic accountsDevelop and execute regional sales strategies aligned with Lenze’s growth objectivesExpand existing accounts by building strong customer relationships and uncovering upselling opportunitiesMaintain an accurate sales pipeline, deliver forecasts, and achieve annual sales targetsCollaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions and ensure customer satisfactionLead, coach, and mentor the sales team to foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvementDefine and track KPIs to drive sales growth and monitor team performanceUtilize CRM tools to track activities, forecast revenue, and report to senior leadershipWhat you’ll needBachelor\'s Degree in technical field required or related experience5+ years’ experience in technical sales in related industry required3+ years’ experience in a management role, directly leading a sales teamProven ability to lead and inspire sales teams toward aggressive growth goalsAbility to coach technical sales professionals and translate complex solutions into business valueHigh initiative, adaptability, and strategic thinkingExperience setting and managing KPIs, sales forecasts, and territory plansExcellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skillsStrong analytical mindset to assess market trends, customer needs, and competitive positioningBold, proactive, and results-driven with a relentless focus on executionWillingness to travel up to 50%Ability to travel internationally, as neededAbout youYou’re an outgoing, results-driven, sales professional with a strong technical background and proven track record in leading high-performing teams in the automation or motion control industry.
