Show off your retail expertise by driving sales, meeting targets, and keeping our customers coming back for more. Make sure every customer leaves with a smile Provide top‑notch customer service that goes above and beyond. Be the guardian of our floor stock, making sure it’s always on point, while also keeping the store looking sharp and visually appealing. Stay in the loop with JACK & JONES’ products and exciting store promotions. What it takes Demonstrate the level of leadership and drive that comes from a minimum of 1‑2 years retail supervisory or keyholder experience. Show creativity and visual skill – you arrange items so customers want to buy the whole outfit. Demonstrate initiative and get things done. Value teamwork – you’re the best teammate.
