What You'll Bring: College or University degree/diploma in computer science or comparable experience in data processing preferred. 4+ years of Data Asset experience. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with great attention to detail. Ability to work independently and collaboratively. Excellent written and verbal communication skills; proficiency with Microsoft Office. Excellent customer service skills. Experience with Salesforce is an asset. Experience with process improvements is an asset. Impact You'll Make: The main responsibilities include supporting reporting customers to ensure data quality and integrity, resolving data issues, and working with large data portfolios and customers. Monitor and manage incoming data, ensure quality standards, and resolve issues. Ensure timely data loading and escalate issues as needed. Follow-up on missing data, recommend termination of data suppliers failing standards. Identify opportunities within customer data portfolios and work on projects impacting data quality. Test and evaluate data from new suppliers. Recommend data quality improvements and decisions on data acceptance. Participate in SOPs, audits, training, and documentation. Provide training and support to data suppliers and internal teams. Contribute to process improvements, automation, and monitoring tools. Prepare business requirements, documentation, and support training initiatives. Lead or assist in special projects and perform other duties as assigned. This is a hybrid role involving both virtual and in-person work at an assigned TransUnion office location at least two days per week.
