Job Overview Medavie is a national health solutions partner that focuses on improving the wellbeing of Canadians. This position is part of the Customer Experience department and will be reporting to a Team Leader. Responsibilities Answer questions about health benefits and plan eligibility, payment inquiries and other general questions. Quickly assess and resolve issues while providing effective strategies for first‑call resolution. Demonstrate a high level of commitment in all areas of customer service. Qualifications Experience serving customers over the phone, multi‑tasking while providing excellent customer service. Fluently bilingual (English‑French); bilingualism is required for this role. Excellent technical skills, ability to manage multiple tasks at once and switch between software without difficulty. Enjoy helping others; a non‑negotiable requirement. Relevant training, education or work experience in customer service or health. Ability to answer both difficult and easy calls. Expert problem‑solving skills and a desire to see tasks through to completion. Compensation & Benefits Salary: $23.32/hr No weekends or overnights – shift ends at 8pm. Work options: Remote, Onsite, or Hybrid. Stable schedule: Monday‑Friday, 8am‑8pm. Comprehensive health and dental plan fully paid by the employer, effective one month after the first day.
