This Hybrid role can be based out of any of our offices across Canada. The Talent Acquisition Business Partner will be instrumental in enabling our company’s aggressive growth ambitions across Canada. Their ability to proactively source, engage and build relationships with talent in highly competitive markets will set the successful candidate apart from their industry peers. They will become a core member of Colliers Human Resources team, dedicated to recruiting and retaining the best talent in our field.ResponsibilitiesRepresent Colliers Project Leaders and its employer brand with integrity across multiple market segments and regionsBe accountable for filling a range of consulting roles, effectively partnering with all levels of Leadership across CanadaLead search intake meetings with internal clients in order to develop smart recruitment strategies and plans to fill roles with the best talentDevelop recruitment campaigns and forge sourcing channels, attracting a sustainable supply of interested and qualified talentPartner, build trust and credibility with Leaders through your expertise and ability to create successful recruitment outcomesActively participate in industry associations, universities and other groups to promote the Colliers brand and variety of career opportunitiesComplete new hire documentation and arrange for onboarding and orientation of new employeesMake material contributions towards the definition and continuous improvement of our recruitment brand, processes and toolsQualificationsPreferably, previous experience recruiting industry professionals such as professional Engineers, Architects, Project Managers or other Management professionalsMinimum of 5 years experience in full cycle Talent AcquisitionAbility to effectively balance the goals of filling immediate recruitment needs while building talent pipelines to support future and longer‑term company growth opportunitiesAssumption of full ownership for building trusted and productive working relationships with a wide range of Leaders and Hiring ManagersDemonstrated experience shaping or improving a company's employment brand, core messaging and recruitment campaignsSkills in evaluating talent by leveraging a wide range of interview techniques and toolsAbility to thrive in a team‑based, fast‑paced professional workplaceHigh level of energy, initiative, flexibility and self‑motivationMix of corporate and agency recruitment experience with a heavy emphasis on sourcing and engaging passive talentBilingual English/French would be an assetApproximate Base Salary Range$60,000 CAD to $85,000 CAD.What You Can ExpectAn opportunity to truly impact our communitiesA flexible work environmentA comprehensive onboarding experienceSignificant professional development, training, and a mentorship programA paid volunteer dayAn environment where people feel welcome, heard and included, regardless of their differencesAnd much moreDisclaimerColliers Project Leaders is part of Colliers (NASDAQ, TSX: CIGI), a leading diversified professional services and investment management company, with more than 17,000 professionals operating in 63 countries.
