We are looking for a Product Demo Specialist who can deliver product demonstrations and contribute to a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.About You — We’re a growing team seeking candidates who can help take the brand to the next level. The role requires excellent listening skills and a sales edge. You will facilitate product demonstrations using knowledge of our software. Previous experience with product demos, software sales, or the health/fitness industry is a strong asset.ResponsibilitiesConduct 3–4 engaging, customized product demos per day for prospective clients, tailored to their specific business needs and goals.Establish strong rapport with prospects by actively listening and answering product-related questions.Facilitate the prospect's next steps by finalizing the sale and advising on the onboarding process.Handle post-demo administrative tasks, including detailed note-taking and updating prospect records in the CRM system.Contribute to knowledge-sharing by updating internal documentation and Learning Academy resources as the product evolves.Participate in team meetings, sharing insights and best practices to improve demo strategy and team performance.Skills & Qualifications1–3 years of experience in a SaaS or software-based environment.At least 1 year in a sales, demo-related, or client-facing role.Familiarity with the health, wellness, or fitness industry is an asset.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Tech-savvy with the ability to learn new tools quickly; experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).Proficiency with Zoom or similar video conferencing tools for delivering online demos.Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with shifting priorities.Willingness to occasionally conduct demos during evenings or weekends based on client availability.Why Work With Us?Join a passionate, dynamic, fast-growing team dedicated to making a meaningful impact in the wellness industry.Competitive salary, vacation, and benefits package.Remote work environment with opportunities for career growth and development.A culture that values creativity, collaboration, and continuous learning.We appreciate you taking the time to apply.
