We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Contracts and Proposal Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for managing the end-to-end proposal development process, coordinating contract reviews, and ensuring compliance with customer requirements and internal policies. The ideal candidate will bring strong writing, analytical, and project management skills to support business growth and operational excellence.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field.2+ years of experience in contracts administration, proposal writing, or procurement.Strong analytical and written skillsExperience using Microsoft Office suiteResponsibilitiesCoordinate preparation of contract and bid documents.Collaborate with sales, to gather input and ensure proposal accuracy.Review contract terms, ensuring alignment with ICS policies and risk tolerance.Maintain a library of proposal templates, and contract clauses.Track proposal outcomes and provide insights to improve win rates and response quality.Support vendor registration and compliance documentation for key accounts. #J-18808-Ljbffr
