The ideal candidate will bring strong writing, analytical, and project management skills to support business growth and operational excellence. Responsibilities Coordinate preparation of contract and bid documents. Collaborate with sales to gather input and ensure proposal accuracy. Review contract terms, ensuring alignment with internal policies and risk tolerance. Maintain a library of proposal templates and contract clauses. Track proposal outcomes and provide insights to improve win rates and response quality. Support vendor registration and compliance documentation for key accounts. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in contracts administration, proposal writing, or procurement.
