As a Clinical Nurse Liaison, you will play a key role in supporting patients through their treatment journey, ensuring seamless access to specialized medications and disease-related education.What you will doGuide patients through complex treatment pathways, reducing barriers to accessing specialized care.Serve as the primary point of contact for your assigned healthcare team, ensuring a smooth and coordinated care experience.Provide education on disease management and treatment options to empower patients in their healthcare decisions.Work closely with internal and external partners, including pharmacies, insurance providers, and Patient Support Programs (PSPs), to streamline patient access to necessary medications.Continuously adapt and refine workflows to implement best practices that enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.What you need to ensure you are set up for success2-4 years of clinical experience in dermatology (preferred).Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse with valid CPR and first aid certification.Proficient in clinical skills, including administering IM and SC medications.Confident in delivering health education, including patient self-injection training.Experience with Excel, Outlook, and Word (an asset).Experience in patient support programs (strong asset).Background in dermatology and chronic disease management.In-depth knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry.Strong analytical and organizational skills; excellent problem-solving and attention to detail.Excellent documentation and record-keeping skills; ability to meet deadlines and adapt to patient and HCP requirements.Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision; effective verbal and written communication skills.Proficiency in collaborating with healthcare teams and stakeholders; adherence to Sentrex policies and procedures.Bilingualism (English and French) is an asset.What makes you a great fit for this teamCommitment to providing a high level of service to internal and external clients.Adaptable with a track record of success during growth and organizational change.Ability to develop trust and influence at multiple levels; clear and impactful communication.Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to build strong working relationships with colleagues, management, and stakeholders.Benefits of joining SentrexCompetitive salary and generous vacation entitlementWellness program with paid days for well-beingPaid sick daysCompetitive benefits package including dental and extended health benefits, AD&D, LTD, and life insuranceRRSP matching programEmployee and family assistance programEEO Statement: Sentrex Health Solutions is an equal opportunity employer and values diversity, inclusion, belonging, equity, and accessibility.
