ROLE We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) to join our dermatology clinical team. This role is designed for someone early in their nursing career who wants to develop hands‑on procedural skills, gain experience in medical dermatology, and grow into a long‑term clinical position. This role involves working directly with our dermatologists, clinic RN, and care team to support patient flow, assist with minor procedures, maintain sterile environments, and contribute to high‑quality patient care. No dermatology experience is required — training and mentorship will be provided. Strong work ethic, professionalism, and willingness to learn are essential. Responsibilities Support clinic workflow, including patient intake, prep, and documentation Assist with dermatology procedures (e.g., biopsies, cryotherapy, PDT, wound care, suture removal) under supervision Prepare and maintain clean procedural environments including instrument sterilization Prepare clinical trays and rooms based on scheduled procedures Provide patient education, including after‑care and follow‑up instructions Serve as a clinical chaperone when required Handle surgical specimens, labeling, tracking, and documentation with precision Maintain clinical inventory, restock supplies, and ensure readiness for each clinic day Support communication and follow‑up with patients when delegated QUALIFICATIONS Registered Practical Nurse in good standing with the CNO A recent grad or early‑career nurse eager to build clinical confidence and specialty skill Calm, dependable, and comfortable in a fast‑paced, procedure‑heavy environment Highly organized with strong attention to detail and infection control standards Tech‑comfortable (experience with OSCAR EMR is an asset, but not required) Professional, compassionate, and committed to patient‑centred care Someone who values mentorship, consistency, and excellence WHY JOIN OUR TEAM?
