Overview The Supervisor - Track and Trace role is a critical and important member of our Transportation national department and we are looking for a dedicated and driven team member to contribute to our team. Responsibilities Helps coordinate a staff of 4-7 people to track and trace all transportation activities in Canada and the USA

Ensure team is entering data correctly and efficiently into the transportation software

Constantly reviews to ensure information is real time

Acts with a sense of urgency when any issues arise and strives to understand and correct/mitigate such issues.

Investigate and provide incident reports for any Safety Incidents

Assists with staffing which includes, hiring, training, health and safety, compliance and knowledge of all road laws and regulations

Provides office assistance and support to all logistical needs in the department

Other duties as assigned Educational/Experience Requirements 2-3 years related direct supervisory experience required

Valid driver's license and have own transportation as the work location is not on any bus routes

previous logistical experience required preferable in dispatching

Must possess excellent customer service skills

Team player with excellent communication skills

Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-moving environment

High proficiency in in all types of computer software such as Google office, Microsoft office, etc.

Experience using Transport software considered an asset

A self-starter who can assess work volumes and ensure timely completion of these prioritized tasks

Must have a positive attitude

Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment

Proficient at multitasking and problems solving and have clear experience and examples of these skills
