As a STEMCELL Scientific Recruiter, you will source, attract, and hire top technical and scientific talent while putting people first, delivering an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience. Duties and Responsibilities Provide full‑cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, behavioural based interview support, reference and background checks, and offers of employment Develop and maintain strong working relationships based on trust and transparency with members of the HR team and other key business stakeholders throughout the organization Manage the recruitment process and related activities using technology including the HRIS system (Workday) Report on and respond to recruiting related KPIs and metrics to inform the business and drive recruitment strategies and tactics Knowledge and Qualifications Post‑secondary degree in a science related discipline is required; advanced degree with direct lab‑based experience is preferred. Minimum 2 years of full‑cycle recruitment experience or related experience. Ability to analyze industry trends and make data‑driven decisions to optimize recruitment while providing a positive candidate experience. Annual Base Salary Range$81,700.00 – $122,500.00STEMCELL determines an individual’s pay within the range based on multiple factors including experience, education, job‑related skills, and equity within the team or organization. For jobs that are eligible for sales incentives, the range noted above is inclusive of target incentives; actual incentives are based on individual performance results in accordance with company policy.
