Overview An Operations Specialist ensures daily business activities run smoothly, efficiently, and in alignment with organizational goals. Key Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day operational activities to ensure seamless execution. Analyze current processes; identify inefficiencies and recommend solutions. Maintain and improve internal documentation, SOPs, and workflow guides. Track and interpret operational data to uncover trends and support decisions. Coordinate between internal teams and external partners to ensure timely delivery of tasks and projects. Support the implementation of new tools, technologies, and automation. Monitor performance metrics to ensure goals and KPIs are met. Troubleshoot operational challenges and elevate problems when necessary. Assist in budget tracking, resource planning, and vendor coordination. Contribute to special projects, process transformations, and strategic initiatives. This is a remote position. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, or related discipline—or equivalent experience. Proven experience in an operations, project coordination, or process-driven role. Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Proficiency with productivity tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Microsoft 365); familiarity with CRMs or project management platforms is an asset. Skilled in data analysis and reporting. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams. Adaptable, resourceful, and comfortable working in fast-paced environments. Preferred Skills Experience with business intelligence tools or dashboards. Knowledge of workflow automation systems. Understanding of business operations across multiple departments. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, or other optimization methodologies (bonus).
