What you'll do: Assist the building and tracking of Sales, Margin and Other Income forecasts and budgets

Maintain weekly and periodic reporting of financial performance and analyze results to identify emerging trends or opportunities

Collaborate with category teams, business leads, and finance partners to identify opportunities to improve reporting and forecasting

Prepare financial models and analyze results to enhance forecast accuracy for business units

Consolidate large amounts of complex information into simple and easy to understand reports

Perform deep dive analysis and work with business partners to resolve complex financial issues

Perform variance analysis on P&L results and provide financial insights to the business leads

Ad-hoc reporting and investigation of performance anomalies

Liaise with other functional areas within the organization to co-ordinate cross-functional analyses and data accumulation

Participate in special projects and tracking of strategic initiatives

Commitment to promoting a workplace of inclusiveness and belonging

What you bring: Minimum 1-3 years of Finance experience

Ideal candidate would have (or be pursuing) an accounting/finance designation

Advanced Excel proficiency and experience with business intelligence (BI) tools such as MicroStrategy

SAP experience preferred

SQL/SAS and Teradata experience is an asset
