Employer Industry: Veterinary Diagnostics Why consider this job opportunity: Hourly rate of $20/hr, based on experience Eligible for annual bonus Comprehensive health, dental, and vision benefits Opportunity to work from home full-time Supportive and collaborative work culture that values learning and discovery Chance to contribute to the health and well‑being of pets globally What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): Act as the liaison between customers and the employer's laboratories Answer customer questions and resolve issues quickly and effectively Provide and clarify lab test results and coordinate follow‑up tests on samples Assist in coordinating the pickup and delivery of samples Manage a high volume of customer inquiries through various communication methods What is Required (Qualifications): Fluency in both French and English Proven track record of providing exceptional customer service Experience in a technically related field, veterinary practice, laboratory setting, or contact center environment Strong computer and technical skills Ability to maintain reliable attendance and work in a quiet environment while on the phone for 8 hours a day How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in a computer-related discipline or a scientific discipline (Biology/Chemistry/etc.) or equivalent experience Strong problem‑solving skills with attention to detail Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong interpersonal abilities Experience in a multi‑tasking environment We prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal‑opportunity employment.
