Role Description This is an on-site, full-time role for Hespeler location in Cambridge, ON. The Broker will be responsible for assessing clients' insurance needs, providing tailored insurance solutions, and building strong customer relationships. Daily responsibilities include advising clients on various insurance options, negotiating with insurance companies, preparing and presenting quotes, and ensuring the timely processing of applications and claims. The Broker will actively adhere All-Risks and all partner carriers’ guidelines and provide services to help clients make informed decisions. Qualifications Strong knowledge of insurance products, including property, casualty, life, health, and investment plans Experience in client consultation, assessing insurance needs, and providing personalized recommendations Excellent communication skills, with a focus on building and maintaining client relationships Ability to process applications, prepare quotes, and negotiate with insurance providers Detail-oriented, with robust analytical skills and the ability to handle policy reviews and compliance Proficient in using insurance management software and standard office tools Previous experience in insurance or related brokerage is an asset Valid RIBO (Registered Insurance Brokers of Ontario) license Seniority Level Entry level Employment Type Full-time Job Function and Industries Finance and Sales; Insurance #J-18808-Ljbffr
