OverviewSenior Associate, Nexus, BPO Middle OfficeMUFG Investor Services is part of the Mitsubishi UFJ Financial Group, partnering with global investment firms to provide administration, asset services, banking and fund financing. We operate in 14 global locations and offer a collaborative environment with a culture described as Brilliantly Different.ResponsibilitiesEnsure daily cash and position reconciliations are delivered to the client while adhering to the agreed upon service level agreement.Daily confirmation/settlement activities of trade and collateral instructions.Resolve trade related disputes and breaks with Prime Brokers, Custodians, Executing brokers, and Investment Managers.Prepare/review daily client reporting requirements.Support trading operations between the front and back office, from post-execution through to settlement.Liaise with banks, brokers and custodians to ensure smooth service delivery to customers and completion of deliverables.Liaise with clients, banks, brokers and custodians to ensure accurate elections on corporate actions, when required.Respond to all client queries through communication directly with client operational staff on a daily basis.QualificationsUniversity or College business degree with a concentration in Finance, Business, Math, or other applicable business areas would be idealUnderstanding of financial products such as bonds, swaps on equities, futures, options, equitiesSome basic understanding of accounting terms would be advantageousGood communication skills and strong attention to detailKnowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Microsoft ExcelAdditional InformationWhat’s in it for you to join MUFG Investor Services?Take a look at our careers site and you’ll find everything you’d expect working with one of the fastest-growing businesses at one of the world’s largest financial groups.
