Senior Programming Team Lead - Blight: Survival | Chef·fe d'équipe de programmation sénior·e - Blight: SurvivalDans ce rôle, vous devrez:
  • Guider et gérer une équipe de programmation en charge de développer des fonctionnalités de jeu sur différentes plateformes;
  • Préparer le planning pour l’équipe de programmation et gérer la répartition des tâches;
  • Effectuer le suivi et l’évaluation du travail effectué;
  • Évaluer le temps nécessaire pour réaliser les différentes tâches et s’assurer que les objectifs soient atteints;
  • Encadrer l’évolution des différents membres de l’équipe;
  • Travailler activement avec les Chef·e·s d’équipe des autres départements et Producteur·trice pour veiller au bon déroulement du projet;
  • Fournir de l’aide et du soutien en programmation aux membres de l’équipe quand nécessaire;
  • Effectuer une veille technologique constante.
Ce que nous recherchons:
  • Il s’agit d’un poste expérimenté - vous rédigez un code clair et maintenable depuis au moins 8 ans;
  • Vous possédez une précédente expérience d’encadrement et gestion d’équipe de programmation;
  • Vous avez publié au moins un titre en tant que Chef·e d'équipe de programmation – en gérant le cycle complet de production;
  • Vous êtes particulièrement à l’aise avec de la programmation – notamment en C, C++ ou C#;
  • Vous aimez travailler à la résolution de problèmes techniques complexes;
  • Vous êtes capable de prioriser et organiser vos tâches et de travailler avec un échéancier;
  • Vous avez un réel enthousiasme et intérêt pour le monde du jeu vidéo;
  • Vous êtes capable d’évoluer dans un environnement en constant changement;
  • Vous possédez d’excellentes capacités de communication et aimez travailler en équipe.
Behaviour Interactive s'associe à Haenir Studio pour développer et publier leur premier jeu très attendu, Blight : Survival. Le jeu se déroule dans le no man's land entre deux royaumes désespérés enfermés dans une guerre incessante. Dans ce royaume de mort et de décomposition, une nouvelle souche de Blight a surgi des restes de ceux qui sont tombés au combat. Nourrie et renforcée par le sang versé, elle se propage rapidement, transformant l'homme en monstre.
