Purpose of the Role We have exciting co‑op opportunities within our Asset Management Operations team. This role is ideal for a highly motivated student eager to apply academic knowledge while contributing to a dynamic, client‑focused environment. The co‑op student will assist the implementation of the new Investment Platform (SimCorp Dimension), focusing on data migration and testing for private assets and supporting special projects that enhance our Investment Platform. Core Responsibilities Data Migration – Support integration and migration from existing systems to SimCorp Dimension, including AI tool onboarding. Investments/Deals Due Diligence – Establish complete and accurate records and data integrity for investments/deals in the platform. Financial Analysis – Contribute to due diligence on investments and build, review, and analyze investment/deal metrics in SimCorp. Investment Platform Enhancement – Assist with special projects focused on improving the investment platform. Historical Data Compilation – Compile historical qualitative and quantitative financial data and analysis from diverse sources into SimCorp. Workflow Clarification – Clarify workflows in SimCorp for operational efficiency. Monitoring – Support monitoring, attribution, and analysis of investment returns imported into SimCorp. Collaboration – Work closely with portfolio managers and stakeholders to resolve issues or discrepancies. Required Skills & Qualifications Enrolled in the 3rd or 4th year of a post‑secondary degree or diploma in Finance, Economics, or Business. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills. Good organizational and time‑management abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office. Willingness to learn new systems and processes. Effective written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Compensation & Benefits Package Our co‑op positions offer a competitive market salary of $26 per hour, along with a comprehensive compensation and benefits package that reflects our dedication to growth and client satisfaction.
