  • Oversee the accounting team in executing month-end and year-end close procedures, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and internal controls.
  • Conduct in-depth financial analysis, prepare insightful reports, and communicate financial performance to stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, providing timely and accurate financial information.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing accounting team, fostering a collaborative work environment.
  • Manage cash flow, budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling processes.
  • Provide strategic financial advice to support decision-making across the organization.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record in a senior accounting role within the real estate industry.
  • CPA, CGA, or CMA designation is preferred.
  • Advanced proficiency in accounting software and financial systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lead and mentor a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
