Regardless of expertise, there are no limits and for this knowledgeable team while building insurance packages that span pre-construction, construction and post-construction.Key AccountabilitiesProvide prompt and professional service managing the primary account’s day to day Corporate Insurance inquiriesReview tenders, quotes and placementsProvide oversight, brokering and management of the primary account dailyProvide overview feedback and suggestions including quotes to the internal teamsAnalyze and identify specific risk exposures and coverage requirementsPrepare submissions, broker and placement of projects outside of the Company program for all linesEnsure all requests, quotations, renewals, new business and endorsements are documentedProvide guidance, leadership and mentoring of Account Managers and Junior team membersEvaluate needs, including underwriting necessary for all risks associated with accountOffer deep technical advice and make informed recommendations leveraging product expertiseCollaborate with the primary account’s internal Insurance group and project teams for optimal insurance strategies and solutionsPrepare, negotiate, finalize and present and bind the primary account’s Corporate renewals end to end with a team effortMaintain strong market relationships with senior level professional cross functional teamsGuide, leader and mentor Account ManagersPromote and increase the Brokerage’s profile both internally and externallyParticipate in necessary Industry events representing the BrokerageKey Qualifications/AttributesRIBO Licensed plus continued industry education ie.
