As we continue to expand our network, increase flight frequencies, and introduce more services, we’re looking for passionate team members to help us in our mission to make air travel accessible for everyone. We know who we are, and we’re confident in our approach - but we don’t take ourselves too seriously. Your Team Join the IT Digital team at Flair as a Platform Operations Analyst, a systems thinker with a passion for operational reliability and technical problem-solving, owning the ongoing operation, delivery, and refinement of one of Flair’s core systems in a fast‑paced, office‑based environment. Maintain comprehensive system documentation, including workflows, process maps, and integration diagrams. Validate and test software releases, bug fixes, and data changes prior to production deployment. Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and opportunities for process automation and optimization. Ensure system changes meet regulatory, operational, and security requirements. Support the development and tracking of platform KPIs to inform business decisions and operational performance. Additionally, we are seeking individuals who possess: Education Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a closely related technical or operational field is required. Relevant professional certifications such as CBAP, ITIL, or equivalent are strongly preferred and will be considered a significant asset. Equivalent experience will be considered only for candidates with extensive, demonstrable hands‑on experience in platform operations or systems management within mission‑critical environments. Experience Minimum of 3-5 years of hands‑on experience managing or supporting critical systems or platforms in an operational or enterprise environment. Proven experience coordinating product or system releases, incident triage, and issue resolution in a fast‑paced setting. Direct experience working with or supporting cross‑functional technical and non‑technical teams. Minimum 1-2 years working with complex datasets, identifying trends, and translating findings into actionable insights. Minimum 1-2 years working in or alongside Agile software development teams. Minimum 1 year of direct experience working with external vendors to support, deliver, or troubleshoot technical systems or platforms. Demonstrated experience creating and maintaining technical system documentation, including workflows, troubleshooting guides, and integration specifications.
