As an Intern with FlatironDragados Canada, you will be given the opportunity to apply your academic training and skills in a real-world setting on some of the most exciting and technically challenging construction projects in North America.What You Will Be DoingDaily maintenance and audit of the company’s in-house CRM system; providing up to date sales and customer informationCoordinate and provide support in reviewing and preparing briefs for pursuitsAssist with preparing capture plansSupport with updates to the company’s sales pipelineOrganize and coordinate various collateral and sales materials for the BD departmentSupport and maintain the in-house sharepoint siteAssist with proactive scanning of bid notifications and early procurement noticesMaintain and coordinate updates to the company’s key client accountsSupport with various client meetings and industry events in person or virtualCoordinate teaming due diligence requirementsProvide assistance and due diligence support to the bid and contracts teamPerform all other related tasks that will help the business development teamProvide active documentation assistanceWhat We Are Looking ForDegree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, Quantity Surveying or other related discipline is an asset although not mandatory.Excellent oral and written communication skills in English (French will be considered an asset).Possess interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively across different departmentsAbility to effectively multi-task in a deadline driven environmentA keen interest in infrastructure projectsProficient with MS Suite of Tools including Word, Excel, Powerpoint and SharepointUnderstanding of business A.I.
