p>TouchBistro is seeking an experienced Manager, Sales Strategy & Operations to design, optimize, and scale our sales organization to support restaurant growth through innovative technology solutions

You will play a critical role in driving sales productivity, resource allocation, and operational excellence for our SMB Sales team, ensuring we achieve ambitious growth targets. By blending strategy with execution, you’ll enable TouchBistro’s continued leadership in restaurant technology and help our sales team thrive in a competitive, fast-paced environment. p>

Your Day-to-Day

  • Assist in developing sales strategies aligned with TouchBistro’s business objectives to drive growth in the SMB restaurant segment
  • Coach and manage a high-performing Sales Strategy & Operations team focused on optimizing forecasting, pipeline management, and sales performance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including Sales, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success—to align on go-to-market efforts and deliver value to our restaurant partners
  • Drive operational efficiency through scalable systems, processes, and reporting that enable data-driven decision-making
  • Gather and synthesize feedback from the sales team to influence product development and improve the restaurant experience
  • Identify and implement opportunities to enhance sales effectiveness and streamline workflows

All About You

  • You bring 5+ years of experience in sales operations, strategy consulting, or a related role
  • You have a Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business, Operations, or a related field
  • You’re proficient in using Salesforce and other CRM tools to track sales performance and drive operational insights
  • You have demonstrated expertise in developing and scaling operational systems and processes to support growing teams
  • You're a strong collaborator with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams (i.e. Sales, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams) to achieve shared goals
  • You have strong analytical skills, with the ability to turn data into actionable insights and recommendations
  • You’re a proactive problem-solver with excellent organizational skills and a keen ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
