Responsibilities

Strategic Planning and Market Analysis: Build and manage relationships with clients and develop an understanding of their business challenges, marketing objectives, and success metrics. Work proactively and cooperatively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure workflows and projects are completed on time to a high standard. Plan for and achieve, business growth targets through the presentation of Productive Shop products/solutions that will help clients to meet their marketing objectives. Develop forward-thinking, data-driven analyses and consultative recommendations that align with customer goals, and quantify high-impact opportunities with clear recommendations to present to customers. Build an in-depth knowledge of how Productive Shop services and products work and can be used to help meet a wide range of marketing objectives. Oversee the RFP and client outreach process to maximize business opportunities.

Process Improvement and Efficiency: Implement process improvement initiatives to maximize customer experience. Analyze external market trends and apply insights to activate innovative solutions. Develop strategies and tactics to optimize sales opportunities.

Leadership and Mentorship: Provide coaching and mentoring to the sales team, enabling business intelligence and best practices.

Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. 5 years of experience in advertising, consultative sales, business development, web development or marketing roles.

Preferred qualifications: Master’s degree in a business-related field. 5 years of experience managing digital marketing 2 years of project management experience working in a complex, matrixed organization. 2 years of leadership experience. Certifications: PMP, CSM, MPM (good to have) Working knowledge of content management systems (CMS) like WordPress Experience with website analytics tools (Google Analytics), and an understanding of how to set and track goals, report website metrics to clients, and their impact on marketing strategy
