We’re looking for a talented and team-driven Senior Implementation Manager to join us on our journey.ABOUT THE ROLEProcurify is looking for someone who is customer obsessed and loves working with clients to set them up for success. This individual will be responsible for leading the customer through their implementation; you are a person with a project-based mindset, motivated by helping customers reach their milestones and ensuring their project is delivered on time and within scope. You thrive off of building relationships internally and externally, and are not afraid to advocate for clients, challenge the status quo and contribute to larger strategic objectives.What you’ll be working onBe a Procurify product expert. You are the main point of contact for your onboarding clients, taking a consultative approach to discovery and scoping your clients’ workflowsBuild client relationships by being the main point of contact for our most complex clients during the implementation processUnderstand client business requirements and goals during project scoping to be able to support and design technical configuration and workflowsProject manage the implementation plan that includes project schedules and managing the onboarding timelines, communication documents, and follow-up plans to meet project deadlinesSupport champions with change management strategy, leveraging Procurify’s education resources and facilitating training sessions to empower end users at multiple levels within an organizationValidate and lead user acceptance testing to ensure workflow configuration and integration are successfulEngage with product and engineering on feature releases and enhancements while staying up to date on product knowledge and industry standardsBe comfortable diving into data using Excel/Google SheetsWork cross-functionally with the product team and engineering team as it relates to client onboarding and client successIdentifies and shares best practices and insights to strengthen team performanceKPIs:Complete onboarding for our standard customers within 60 daysDeliver quality service via CSATs of 90% or higherWho We’re Looking For4+ years of hands-on implementation experience with SaaS applicationsExperience as a Senior Implementation Manager working with and or/integrating with ERP and accounting applications such as QuickBooks, Sage Intacct, NetSuite, etc.Strong communication and interpersonal skills when it comes to building and maintaining client relationshipsConfident meeting facilitator who can communicate effectively with all stakeholders including VPs & C-SuiteExperience working with customer data and importsContinuous improvement mindset; resilient, innovative, and always looking for better ways to do thingsExperience implementing change management strategiesAdapts easily to different customer personalities, skills, and work stylesStrong customer and project management experienceExtremely detail-oriented, well organized, and impeccable time management skillsA track record for meeting deadlines and excelling in a fast-paced environmentPassionate about problem solving and helping customers excelBonus points if you are familiar with Purchasing/Accounts Payable and/or have used the following technologies: Vitally, Salesforce, Notion, etc.Maintains a professional and current LinkedIn profile, ensuring it is updated upon joining Procurify to reflect their new role and maintain a consistent company presence.WHY PROCURIFY?Help us modernize spend managementProcurify is a remote-first company with a big heart and a strong ambition to modernize the way organizations manage business spend.
