Teamed with the power of FTI Consulting’s worldwide network of professionals, FTICA focuses on M&A advisory, capital raising, balance sheet restructuring, valuation and opinions, and strategic alternative analyses. The Associate / Senior Associate is responsible for supporting the entire lifecycle of a transaction, from initial evaluation to diligence, negotiations through closing.We provide advisory services to companies, boards, private equity firms, lenders and other key stakeholders in complex and special situations.The Senior Associate will work with clients across various and diverse industries. li>Perform financial modelling and valuation analysis Develop investment banking analytical and transaction process skills This is an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience in mergers & acquisitions, capital raising and financing strategies while working with leading industry professionals and diverse clients across various industries.
