Position Overview The Administrative Assistant will provide comprehensive administrative support to the Program Director and the wider project team. The role involves coordinating financial reports, managing communications, supporting documentation and research efforts, and facilitating meetings and events. The successful candidate will thrive in a collaborative environment, maintain confidentiality, and contribute to process improvements. Strong organizational skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office are essential for managing multiple priorities effectively. We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented and can adapt to the dynamic needs of the project. Candidate Profile Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an administrative assistant or similar role. Willingness to travel within Canada and occasionally to the U.S. as needed. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiar with productivity tools. Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with meticulous attention to detail. Experience in project coordination, budget monitoring, or event planning is considered an asset. We value a proactive and resourceful approach, with an emphasis on professionalism and adaptability in a fast-paced environment. The ability to build trust and collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders is crucial for success in this role.
