Nous sommes à la recherche d’un concepteur logiciel sénior qui aura pour mandat d’établir l’architecture et de diriger le développement de logiciel embarqué. Au sein d’une équipe multidisciplinaire, le concepteur logiciel sénior élabore des fonctions logicielles à valeur ajoutée et propose une architecture répondant aux standards automobile de sécurité fonctionnelle et de cybersécurité. Grâce à son leadership et son expertise, le candidat retenu sera un joueur clef dans l’expansion de nos capacités de développement logiciel.


Tâches et responsabilités

  1. Définir l’architecture logiciel et assurer le développement pour réaliser un logiciel modulaire et réutilisable qui répond aux normes de sécurité et de fiabilité automobile;
  2. Contribuer à l’estimation de l’effort de développement de logiciel embarqués;
  3. Interpréter et clarifier des besoins clients puis les convertir en requis de logiciel;
  4. Amener des solutions innovantes aux produits de Kongsberg afin de lui permettre de se démarquer de ses compétiteurs;
  5. Superviser des développeurs et participer aux revues de code;
  6. Faciliter les tests unitaires et d’intégration et participer à l’élaboration de preuves de concepts;
  7. Effectuer de la veille technologique et participer à l’élaboration des feuilles de routes technologiques;
  8. Participer au processus de recrutement de talents techniques;
  9. Participer aux rencontres avec les clients et les fournisseurs.

Qualifications Requises

  1. Minimum de 10 ans d’expérience en développement de logiciel embarqué dont au moins 3 ans en tant qu’architecte logiciel ou de chef d’équipe;
  2. Baccalauréat en informatique, génie logiciel ou génie électrique;
  3. Communiquer efficacement en français comme en anglais.

Exigences particulières

  1. Expérience en développement d'un système critique pour la sécurité;
  2. Être en mesure de voyager à l’étranger de façon occasionnelle;
  3. Être en mesure d’être présent sur les lieux de travail de façon occasionnelle et parfois pour des périodes étendues selon les besoins de l’équipe.
