Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective store management strategies to drive sales growth and profitability.
  • Lead and motivate a high-performing team, fostering a culture of excellence and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with senior management to drive business decisions and optimize store operations.
  • Engage with the local community through various initiatives and partnerships, promoting Giant Tiger's values and commitment to social responsibility.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of retail experience, with a minimum of 1 year in a leadership capacity.
  • Expert-level French communication skills.
  • Strong leadership and coaching abilities, with a proven track record of team success.
  • Proficiency in basic computer skills and willingness to adapt to new software and systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, customers, and community partners.
