Senior Software Quality Assurance Specialist Contract: Lead Quality Assurance Analyst / Tester Location: Remote from Canada Duration: 12 months Start Date: December 01, 2025 Work hours: full-time 7.25-hour workday, Mon - Fri 8:15 - 4:30 AST Mandatory Requirements A University degree in Computer Science, Health Sciences, Business Administration or similar disciplines is preferred A minimum of 10 years of demonstrated testing experience that includes functional, performance, connectivity, regression, integration, and automation testing A minimum of 10 years of demonstrated experience in quality assurance and system testing best practices and methodologies A minimum of 6 years of demonstrated experience in a QA Team Lead role Demonstrated experience of 4 years working with Provincial Health Care and Electronic Health Records applications in Canada 3 professional references confirming the above qualifications Desired Experience Experience in security relating to data confidentiality and client privacy in database and application design (8+ years) Proficiency in open source performance testing tools such as JMeter (8+ years) Advanced SQL experience in a QA environment (8+ years) Knowledge of QA frameworks and experience with project methodologies such as Waterfall, Water scrum, Agile (8+ years) Experience supporting User Acceptance testing with Business Owners, executing Test Cases/Scripts, defect reporting and resolution tracking (8+ years) Experience with HP Quality Center and HP WebInspect or similar product Experience with Automation Testing tools – e.g., SOAPUI (6+ years) Experience working closely with multiple vendors on a single project, including Test Plans, Test Cases/Scripts, defect reporting and resolution tracking (6+ years) #J-18808-Ljbffr
