Overview Employer Industry: Software Quality Assurance Why consider this job opportunity Remote work flexibility, allowing you to work from anywhere Opportunity for career advancement and growth within the organization Engaging role in ensuring the integrity and quality of work delivered Collaborative environment with cross-functional teams Chance to implement effective quality solutions and make a significant impact Responsibilities Manage the overall quality assurance plan to ensure the integrity of work delivered Coordinate requests and assure the quality of testing and documentation Create and maintain procedures, templates, tools, and manuals for testing processes Conduct various types of testing, including unit, functional, and regression testing Report bugs and provide guidance on quality assurance activities Qualifications Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality management software and tools relevant to web applications At least 5 years of experience in manual testing, including creating and executing comprehensive test cases 5 years of experience with software development processes and industry standards (e.g., Agile, Scrum) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with teams Preferred Qualifications Previous experience with scripting languages such as Python or JavaScript Knowledge of tools like Cypress Studio or RSPEC Rails testing frameworks Leadership experience in managing quality initiatives Demonstrated experience with regulatory compliance in complex environments #QualityAssurance #RemoteWork #CareerGrowth #SoftwareTesting #Collaboration We prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal-opportunity employment.
