Business Operations Manager $60.00/hr - $140.00/hr Contract – Remote – 3–4 weeks – 15+ hours/week About The Job Mercor connects elite creative and technical talent with leading AI research labs. Role Responsibilities Design questions related to the role of an Administrative Services Manager for a top AI company. Work independently and asynchronously to meet project deadlines. Ensure the quality and relevance of content aligned with professional standards. Collaborate with AI research teams to enhance project outcomes. Utilize professional experience to contribute to project goals effectively. Qualifications 4+ years full-time work experience as an Administrative Services Manager. Be based in the US, UK, or Canada. Access to a desktop or laptop computer (Chromebooks not supported). Compensation & Legal At-will contractor to Mercor. Paid weekly via Stripe Connect based on logged project hours. Industry-standard compensation expectations met for your role. Cannot support H1-B or STEM OPT status candidates.
