This role is essential to the project’s success and reports directly to the Project Manager. The Project Coordinator will provide administrative and operational support to the project team, ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality outcomes.This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive and detail-oriented professional to contribute to impactful projects. If you thrive in a dynamic environment and enjoy supporting teams in achieving their goals, we’d love to hear from youKey ResponsibilitiesAssist Project Managers in developing key project documents, including charters, project plans, communication plans, and decision records.Schedule and coordinate meetings, workshops, and project-related events.Facilitate meetings by taking notes, managing breakout sessions, and tracking discussions.Maintain project action registries, meeting minutes, and documentation.Support new team member onboarding and ensure smooth integration into the project.Organize and maintain project artifacts, templates, and electronic document systems.Prepare project status reports, track key metrics, and assist with financial analysis.Draft team communications, including announcements and presentations.Manage project tasks, input data into MS Project, and track deliverables.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support project needs, including onboarding new hires and coordinating with building security.Qualifications & SkillsExperience: Minimum of 3 years in project coordination.Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Project, PowerPoint, and Visio).Project Management Knowledge: Understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and best practices.Documentation & Records Management: Experience handling project documentation, writing reports, and maintaining records.Financial Acumen: Ability to analyze financial reports and track project budgets.Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail.Organization & Multitasking: Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and work within structured project management processes.Collaboration & Initiative: Strong interpersonal skills, a team-oriented mindset, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.Industry Experience (Preferred): Background in energy or utility projects and/or experience with digital enablement initiatives is a plus.Tools & Systems: Familiarity with electronic document management systems like SharePoint is an asset.Terms and Conditions To find out more information or to apply for this position please send in your resume and cover letter to: bonnie.modef@kzenedge.com or apply below.
