Our services include rope access, welding, fabrication, millwright work, confined space rescue, installations, carpentry, GWO, wind turbines, inspections, and rope access training. Job Types: On‑Call, Casual. Work Location: In person (Greater Vancouver Area). Pay: CA$95,000.00 – CA$120,000.00 per year. Work alongside the Operations Manager to plan, execute, and deliver projects on time and within budget. Maintain strong client relationships, identifying opportunities for future work. Support and train new technicians, building the next generation of leaders. What You Bring IRATA Level 3 Certification (required) OFA Level 1 (minimum) Red Seal Certification (asset, not required) Construction safety certifications (e.g., WHMIS, Fall Protection, First Aid, HILTI, SSI) A proven track record of leadership in rope access and construction environments If you’re ready to lead dynamic projects, work with an experienced team, and grow with a company that values you, we want to hear from you.
