About The Role

They are seeking Account Executives to join their team and help them shape the future of travel and be the driving force behind their growth. In this role, you will be responsible for the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing new deals, and managing your growing book of business across North America. Embodying the values of "Hungry, Humble, and Honest," our client nurtures a culture of relentless pursuit, humility, and integrity. This is an in-office role at their Montreal office.

Their Ideal Candidate

  • A highly-driven self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal English) and high emotional intelligence.
  • Previous experience in sales or similar roles that demonstrate perseverance, drive, and strong relationship-building skills.
  • Enthusiastic about being part of a high-growth start-up environment; this role is for the builders and who want to see their hard work directly impact a company’s trajectory.
  • Exposure to, or experience in, the aviation industry is considered a major asset.

  • Compensation: $67K salary with realistic overall earnings of $110K in Year 1 and $150K in Year 2 (or more for strong performers).
