Responsibilities

People/Communications Strategy
  1. Design and coach the team and business partners on communication strategies that reinforce our company values, performance initiatives, and our operating model.
  2. Facilitate strategic communication planning and content mapping for the people communications team, ensuring all initiatives align with the broader organizational narrative.
  3. Oversee the creation and distribution of employee engagement materials, including internal newsletters, video messaging, and Townhall content.
  4. Measure and track the impact of engagement initiatives through surveys, engagement metrics, and feedback loops.
Leadership Communications & Support
  1. Serve as a communications advisor to senior leaders, to amplify their voice and message across the organization.
  2. Guide leadership messaging around change management, organizational goals, and company culture.
  3. Coordinate with internal comms and other stakeholders to ensure executive messaging is effectively cascaded to all employees.

Qualifications

  1. Bachelors or Masters degree in communications, journalism, public relations, HR, or a related field.
  2. Ability to manage and lead in an ambiguous and changing environment.
  3. Strong storytelling and narrative building skills.
