Whether youre optimizing onboarding launching culture-building initiatives or advising on policy youll help shape a workplace where people do their best work.If youre a proactive resourceful HR professional who loves connecting great people with great opportunities we want to hear from you.Key ResponsibilitiesTalent Acquisition (60%)Lead end-to-end recruitmentPartner with hiring managers to define job requirements and sourcing strategies.Manage job postings candidate screening interviews and onboarding.Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates through proactive sourcing.HR Operations (20%)Administer onboarding offboarding and employee lifecycle processes.Maintain HRIS records and ensure data accuracy.Support payroll and benefits administration as needed.Employee Relations & Engagement (20%)Working with HRBP to support performance management and employee development initiatives.Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and recognition programs.Assist with the company newsletter and townhall document creation.Work closely with Finance Operations and Senior Leadership to ensure alignment between people strategy and business objectives.Who are you reallyYoure a full-cycle recruiter who thrives on finding and hiring top technical and engineering talent.You build strong relationships with hiring managers and understand their team needs.
