Job TitleHuman Resources GeneralistWe are recruiting on behalf of our client, a well established leader in the fuel distribution industry, who’s looking for an experienced Human Resources Generalist to join their growing team.This position is based in Edmonton (Remote).The RoleLead full cycle recruitment and onboarding for drivers, dispatchers, and office staff.Manage employee development programs focused on safety, compliance, and customer service.Coordinate performance reviews and help foster a strong, engaged workplace culture.Oversee HR administration, ensuring compliance with labour standards across AB, SK, MB, and BC.Handle payroll and benefits with accuracy, confidentiality, and care.Partner with leaders across departments to align HR initiatives with business goals.What We’re Looking For5+ years of HR experience ideally in transportation, logistics, or fuel distribution.Strong working knowledge of provincial labour laws and HR best practices.Skilled in payroll and benefits administration.Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.A proactive problem solver who can balance multiple priorities and support both field and office teams.Why JoinCompetitive compensation package and benefits.
