We would love to meet you Overview The Account Executive will ensure that the business needs of an assigned group of key client accounts, typically the most complex and highest-revenue clients, are addressed proactively and efficiently. The role supports our business development efforts in collaboration with internal stakeholders and contributes to market intelligence and business development strategies. Responsibilities You are the client’s ambassador and primary business contact on all matters. Collaborate with operational teams across the organization to ensure excellent service and customer experience for our clients. Identify opportunities for operational enhancements for both the corporate client and Global Excel. Qualifications University degree or equivalent with 5 to 10 years of related work experience; Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written); French skills are an asset; Excellent interpersonal skills with professionalism and confidentiality; Strong analytical skills; Ability to organize, prioritize, and multi-task; Knowledge of the US Healthcare system (an asset); Demonstrated success in managing clients; Available for travel as needed to achieve business goals; Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and the Internet.
