With Prodigy, kids practice standards-aligned skills in Math and English as they play our fun, adaptive learning games. You'll partner with the EVP of Product to drive the strategy, lead a high-performing team, and deliver engaging, data-driven experiences that fuel player growth and performance.

Define and track success metrics that align game performance with business goals.Lead a high-performing team of Product Owners with competencies in product management, data analysis, experiment design, and behavioural economics, providing guidance and ensuring performance standards across teams.Lead experimentation, KPI reporting, and competitive analysis to guide product direction.Expertise in free-to-play game systems, mechanics, and economies, with experience in RPG and SIMS games.Proven ability to create and execute a long-term vision with data-driven roadmaps.Advanced skills in data analysis, A/B testing, and KPI tracking with product analytics tools.Strong leadership skills with a track record of building, managing, and guiding cross-functional teams, including direct oversight and development of Product Owners.Experience identifying opportunities in game systems and driving innovative solutions.
