Sort, file, manage, and distribute incoming and outgoing HR mail and paperwork. Manage requisition process for assigned job openings, including candidate sourcing and resume review. Coordinate training and scheduling of new team members with department managers. Stay updated on employment law issues. Support the HR team with various research projects and special initiatives. What You Bring Diploma or degree in Human Resources and two to five years of related HR experience (or equivalent education and experience). Professional demeanor and excellent interpersonal skills. Strong writing skills, efficient multitasker, and detail‑oriented. Exceptional people skills and refined understanding of labour laws and standards. Ability to respond promptly to team member requests, questions, and concerns. A solution‑driven personality who thrives while helping staff meet their goals. Insight and skills related to talent acquisition. Minimum of two years experience in Human Resources. Proficiency with MS Office, especially Excel. Why Work With Us?
