Provide regular reports to senior management.Provide leadership and direction to department staff and collaborate with other departments and organizational leaders.Work with senior leaders in the preparation of the Philanthropy department budget including monitoring and maintaining controls on budget needs.Bachelor’s degree required
Experience working with high-net-worth donors.Knowledge of planned giving programs/vehicles and of tax smart giving tools.Team oriented with a commitment to fostering strong, productive, working relationships with all staff, volunteers, and the overall community.Ability to work in non-regular office hours and weekends as needed.Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks on behalf of the department.Proficient in Microsoft Office.Experience with donor databases.
