Work arrangements will be discussed with hiring managers per departmental guidelines.** **Role Overview** This position is part of the Digital Media team, which is responsible for Radio-Canada’s flagship digital products, including Radio-Canada OHdio, ICI TOU.TV and RC Info. As the Senior Product Manager, you will drive the development of a unified multi-profile experience, ensuring seamless and customized navigation for our users across the entire Radio-Canada digital ecosystem. Your core mission will be to design, lead and deploy this multi-profile feature, with a focus on customization, individual user control and optimized sharing within a single user account. Reporting to the Director of Digital Products, you will be instrumental in defining, strategically aligning and delivering this transformative project, balancing user needs with core business objectives. You will work closely with the orchestration team for this initiative, which includes various experts such as a business analyst, project manager, UX/UI designer, technical lead and architect. You will also partner with the teams responsible for user account management platforms (SSO, Profiling, CMP, Metrics, DMP, CDP, CRM, Subscription, etc.) as well as the development teams for our other digital products. Beyond the full-time development of your product, you will actively participate in the organization’s product management community of practice.
