PPI is pleased to provide employees with the flexibility of a hybrid work environment. This role is eligible for working from home up to 3 days per week.

Position Overview: In this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth by increasing insurance production and enhancing sales efforts, contributing directly to the achievement of the Broad Market regional sales plan.

  1. Increase life insurance and living benefits sales amongst key Advisors to achieve both individual and regional sales objectives.
  2. Provide personalized education and training opportunities for key Advisors.
  3. Identify and recruit advisors and firms who fit the PPI profile while continuously contributing to the regional recruiting effort.
  4. Foster relationships with internal partners (Sales, Operations, Compliance, etc.) li>
  5. Build and leverage relationships with carrier wholesaling teams to ensure current understanding of their products in support of growth targets.
  6. Actively participate in industry events to promote the PPI brand and value proposition.
  7. Engage in actions that encourage, reflect and align with PPI’s ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) commitments to our Advisors, their clients and our employees.
  8. Previous insurance sales experience is an asset.
  9. Insurance of persons license (LLQP) mandatory.
